Do you have poor shoulder mobility? Well you’re in luck! Using our rack offset attachments, you can narrow your J cups or other rack attachments making it easier to use wide grip bench press and wide grip squats.
Each part will be offset 6.5” leaving 29” between offsets on a standard 48” 3x3 rack. Offset upright is 14” with holes spaced every 2”. Having these will allow your standard curl bar to use up to 10 pound steel change plates without collision.
